Ultimate Mobility, Inc. was established in 1999. We are a full service rehab and adaptive equipment technology supplier. Awarded CHAP accreditation in May 2007, Ultimate Mobility offers a wide array of products, from power wheelchairs, manual and lightweight wheelchairs, scooters, custom seating and positioning systems, mobility aids, safety equipment, lift chairs, sports and recreational equipment, as well as parts and accessories.

Our professionally trained and certified staff (CRTS) work closely with the families, caregivers, and the clinical community: physical therapists, occupational therapists, physiatrists, and specialty physicians. These relationships are key to providing the customer with the appropriate equipment and to facilitate the collection of documentation that is required by the payers.

Our certified repair technicians provide scheduled repair services which can be done in the home, school, facility, job sight or our repair center. Our fully equipped repair center is accessible to all--there is a separate entrance located in the back of the facility which allows accessible vans and buses to drop off right at the door.

We have a bright and sunny location that showcases our products as well as a fitting room to accommodate the physical therapist, occupational therapist and families for a seating evaluation and consultation.

We employ experienced customer service and reimbursement specialists responsible for managing the referral intake, repair requests, insurance verification and billing process, private pay, or third party. We are available to answer your questions, determine DME benefits and eligibility, file claims, and accept payment directly from the insurance company.

Ultimate Mobility is an established provider of services with Medicare, Massachusetts Medicaid (MassHealth), Blue Cross and Blue Shield, as well as many of the HMOs and PPOs (FCHP, Network Health, NHP,  etc.), and other third party payers.
